All returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition.

If returned items are open or not in perfect condition we will not issue 

you a refund, and the items will only be returned to you at your own cost.

You, the customer is responsible to cover the cost of any returned products.

Once we have received and checked your items we will issue a refund.

If your order was over £100, you may have qualified for free delivery, although

if you return your order in full, or in part which reduces the order below £100

the postage cost will be activated and deducted from your refund.
